Terms of Service

By using our website, our Discord server, our custom Discord bot, or any other official SoulessCheaters Network platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our platforms. We may update these terms from time to time — see Section 12 for how we handle that.

These terms apply to everything SoulessCheaters Network operates, including but not limited to:

• This website (souless.xyz) and all its pages
• Our Discord server and the community within it
• Our custom Discord bot and its features (verification, staff tools, economy/game features, etc.)
• The Fan Love page and any submissions made through it
• Any other platform we officially operate under the SoulessCheaters name

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how — it works alongside these terms, not instead of them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our platforms, in line with Discord's own Terms of Service and minimum age requirements. If you're under the age required in your region to use Discord, please don't use our server, bot, or website.

Some features — like earning a "Verified Supporter" badge on Fan Love — let you optionally connect a Discord and/or Google (YouTube) account. Connecting an account is entirely your choice; you can use most of our platforms fully without ever connecting anything.

When using our platforms, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with our verification system, including creating alternate accounts to evade a ban or rejection
• Use our bot, website, or server to harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff
• Submit spam, malicious links, or content that violates Discord's own Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, database, or admin tools
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with our website or bot outside of their intended, documented use
• Impersonate SoulessCheaters staff, the bot, or any other member

Violating these terms may result in removal from our Discord server, a ban from our verification system, rejection or removal of your Fan Love submission, or restriction from our website — at our discretion.

Anything you submit to us — like a Fan Love message — remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to display it publicly on our website and related platforms for as long as it stays approved. You confirm that what you submit is your own genuine opinion and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights.

All submissions are reviewed before being posted, and we may reject, edit for length, or remove any submission at our discretion — including after it's already been approved — without needing to give a reason.

Our bot uses automated checks (device, network, and account signals) to help detect duplicate or banned accounts trying to rejoin our server. These checks aren't perfect — occasionally a genuine member might be flagged, or a bad actor might slip through. If you believe you were rejected or banned incorrectly, you can open a support ticket in our server to have it reviewed by a person.

Server staff and bot operators reserve the right to take moderation action (warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans) based on either automated checks or human judgment, in line with our server rules.

The SoulessCheaters name, logo, website design, and our custom Discord bot's code are our property. You're welcome to use our public-facing platforms as intended, but you may not copy, redistribute, or claim our branding, bot code, or website as your own.

Our services run on top of platforms we don't control — Discord, Google/YouTube, and others. We aren't responsible for those platforms' uptime, policy changes, or actions (like Discord suspending an account, or Google changing its API). If a third-party platform changes something that breaks one of our features, we'll do our best to adapt, but can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Our website, bot, and related services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee our platforms will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly secure, though we do take reasonable steps to keep things running smoothly and safely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoulessCheaters Network and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms — including loss of data, loss of access to our Discord server, or issues arising from a connected third-party account.

We may update these terms as our platforms and features change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website, bot, or Discord server after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
